The "PCC-M0630W Series" of wound-type power supply inductors with a direct current resistance (DCR) of only 15.5mΩ has been developed by the company ". The external dimensions are 7.0mm × 6.6mm × 3.0mm. A structure in which a round wire coil is integrated with a metal composite core is adopted. According to the introduction of MatsuSha electronic parts, by improving the forming processing method and increasing the cross-sectional area of the round wire, both miniaturization and low DC resistance are taken into account. In addition, the loss at high frequencies is reduced, so a switching frequency of up to 1MHz can be supported. The loss at 300kHz is 79 mΩ. It is mainly used as a choke coil of a DC-DC converter circuit for supplying power to a processor and a memory provided in a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a home game machine, and the like.
The product model with a DC resistance of 15.5mΩ is "ETQP3W2R2WFN", the inductance value is 2.2μH ± 20%(0A, value at 100kHz), and the rated current is 5.8A. The inductance value when 5.8A DC current flows is 1.95 μH (DC superposition characteristic). In addition, 4 products with different inductance values are also prepared. They are "ETQP3W1R0WFN" with inductance value of 1.0μH 20%(0A,100kHz), rated current of 8.1A, inductance value of 1.5μH 20%(0A,100kHz), rated current of 6.6A, inductance value of 3.3μH 20%(0A,100kHz), and "ETQP3W3R3WFN" with rated current of 4.8A "," ETQP3W4R7WFN "with an inductance value of 4.7 μH ± 20%(0A at 100kHz) and a rated current of 3.8A".
The sample price is 50 yen. 1.5μH products, 2.2μH products and 3.3μH products started mass production in August 2010, and 1.0μH products and 4.7μH products started mass production in October 2010.
